We use your email address (and/or other contact information) to notify you about purchases or payment processing transactions, product notifications or alerts, or technical or customer support issues. In some instances, subject to your expressly providing the information, we will use SMS, in which case additional charges by your or your recipient's mobile phone carrier may apply. Our apps may also utilize the "Notifications" systems offered by our partners' platforms, such as Apple iOS or Google Android; these "Notifications" can be managed through your device operating system and are not within our control.

What About Information Requested by Platform or Device Partners? We have no control or access to any personal information that is requested by third parties, such as Apple or Google, in connection with downloading or using the JoyReader app or purchasing any of our books through their online payment platforms.

How Do We Protect Your Information? We use commercially reasonable efforts to safeguard your personal information, including the transmission of your personal information from your computer to our computers. When you place orders or access your personal information, we offer the use of a secure server, but only to the extent you do not disable or deselect the secure server method and your browser supports such functionality.
